Nike Flyknit France The first thing I noticed about the sole of this shoe was that the forefoot felt surprisingly cushy. Despite having the thinnest sole of the three running shoes in the Free line, I feel like the 3.0 has the best forefoot cushioning of the group, and it remains noticeable when running in the shoes. In contrast, the heel has a firmer feel, and this makes for a unique ride ¨C it¡¯s more common for the reverse to be the case. Combined with the extreme flexibility of the siped sole, the unique feel of the cushioning has made for enjoyable ride runs up to 9 miles so far. I actually think I prefer the 3.0 for longer runs over it¡¯s more structured sibling the 5.0 ¨C the 3.0 is one of those shoes that just disappears on my feet.

Nike Roshe Run Outlet I just tried the new free 3.0 and 4.0. I run in go bionics 2 which I like. I wear size 11 in go bionics and 11 in 3.0 and 4.0. I initially liked how 4.0 felt on my feet. It had lots of room and felt comfortable.

Hi there!Do you have any opinions on the Flyknit + model?I recently bought the 4.0 and I love them. But, the flyknit +looks like it has a thicker sole for more rugged terrain, almost like a hybrid of my once beloved free run 2 and the flyknit 4.0. I live in a rural area and can¡¯t try shoes on before I order them, so I¡¯m torn between just getting another pair of the 4.0s or trying the flyknit+.Thanks for your input!

I purchased these shoes yesterday because of the feel. I was told that there were not a good purchase for someone over 40 with a back issue (bulging disc). I¡¯m a beginning runner who likes to jog for about an hour on a treadmill. I was told the barefoot feel is not good for me. Any Nike Blazer Basse Femmes idea if these shoe may not be right for me? The store clerk said it is great for flat feet.
